SHIPPING & RETURNS
Our printing company has a processing time of 1 week. Your order should ship out approximately 7 business days from date of purchase. If any items are out of stock, we will contact you with an estimated ship date.
We offer USPS shipping for lower shipping prices. However, the USPS does not currently offer shipment tracking options. If you prefer your order be trackable, or would like faster shipping options, please send an email to orders@sarahjanestudios.com.
International Customers
As required by law, we complete all Customs forms according to the regulations provided by the United States Postal Service. Depending on your country's Customs policy, you may or may not owe duty and/or taxes on your purchase. If you would like to know in advance the amount of duty or tax you may owe on your package, we suggest you contact your country's Customs Department. It is your responsibility to pay the duties and/or taxes assessed on your purchase; we are not responsible for, nor will we reimburse you for any of these charges.
Returns
Items that have been damaged in the mail may be returned for exchange within 7 days of receiving. All other items may not be returned. If your order has missing or incorrect items, please contact us at orders@sarahjanestudios.com and we will correct your order.

Typographical Errors
In the event that a Sarah Jane Studios product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Sarah Jane Studios reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Sarah Jane Studios reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Sarah Jane Studios shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Term • Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Sarah Jane Studios without notice at any time, for any reason.
