Color Stories.

February 04, 2011

Color. It’s in everything we see. It’a all around, all the time. What does it say? And how do you choose to read it?

I’ve been thinking a lot of color stories. There are so many color combinations that I LOVE come from the every day things around me…but I just don’t notice.  This year, I’m making a point to notice. These colors are making me tick this morning. Hoping for spring…hoping for spring…

P.S. And thank for all the cover love! I’ll be showing you the inside soon enough!

that picture with the color chips reminds me of a activity I have done with all ages. I get color chips from the paint store and hand them out to a group of people while we are out in nature. They go out and find something that is a close color match. Bring it back and then make a group display. I struggle with the removing nature instead of just letting it be, but I am hoping that one flower here and one rock there will not disrupt the balance. When possible we do put everything back.

My Lord! What a beautiful photo. I am so thankful you posted it today. Flu, IBS and depression are plaguing me and this has broken through the pain and darkness.
