I have had this image in my head for a while now. I finally decided to get it out of my head and onto paper. I think this would be darling with a few other variations…elephant, ballons….
I am wanting to get some new images in the shop before long. We’ll see where I go.

I would love to see you do a balloon illustration! My little girl, Olivia, wants a balloon themed birthday party this year. I would love to see a curly headed little girl (in a blue dress) holding a yellow balloon and looking up at a yellow hot air balloon!! This is so sweet. It would be great with a little girl too! My daughter loves giraffes – and ochre is her favourite colour. Might be something to do with her curly red hair, Anyway i love the sweetness of this pic. It’s great to get a design out of your head and having it work when its’ drawn. Cheers

We just returned from the zoo today and this new illustration is so perfect. I’d love to see more illustrations of boys…Titus’ room needs another!
